Our family was amongst the lucky ones in 2020. Despite the challenges the year brought, the three of us are healthy, Cam and I are both employed, and we had the love and support of both of our families to get us through the year. Wren fortunately won't remember 2020, but I will remember it as a year where I challenged myself daily to keep perspective. Throughout the toddler meltdowns (because there were a lot!), it was easy for me to lose my cool. Several familes across the world suffered real loss this year. They lost their jobs, their businesses, their family members from COVID - and we were lucky enough not to have to suffer through any of that. My hearts are with those who are still suffering from the challenges 2020 brought. I am so, so grateful for our healthy, happy little birdie. May 2021 bring her and all of our loved ones peace and love.
